Dr. Halvorsen opened Tallowood in 2009 and still sees patients four days a week. Many families see her three generations at a time.

  • The whole family on one afternoon

    Book up to four family members back to back. The youngest go first.

  • Same-day help for toothaches

    Call before 10 in the morning and we aim to see you that day.

  • Spanish spoken here

    Dr. Adeyemi sees patients in Spanish. Ask for him when you call.

  2. Send your insurance details

    Give us your member ID. We check your benefits before the visit.

  3. Your first hour

    X-rays if you need them, a full exam, and time to talk.

  4. A written plan

    A written plan with the expected cost of each step. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Do you take my insurance?

We are in network with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian and Aetna PPO plans, and we file claims for other PPO plans too. Call with your member ID and we check your benefits first. We do not take HMO dental plans or Medicaid.

I am nervous about the dentist. What do you do differently?

We start with a conversation, not the chair. The dentist explains each step first, and you can raise a hand to stop at any time. We do not start treatment on a first visit unless you are in pain and ask us to.

Do you see dental emergencies?

Yes, every weekday, new patients included. Call before 10 in the morning and we aim to see you that day.
